Finger print pendant
Quick & easy to order from. I ordered 4 finger print hearts & they was exact to the photo I had taken of my late mum. Really good quality, I ordered 4 heart necklaces 1 for myself & 3 for my children . If I want anything like this again then I would definitely be ordering. Delivery was a week from ordering maybe 10 days but was tracked so knew when they was coming, they arrived on my mums birthday which was bittersweet for us.

I bought a bracelet for my friend who lost her husband very suddenly. She has 3 children who are stuggling also, her youngest want his mum to have his dad with her always, so this was just perfect for her. I ordered the diamond tennis bracelet and the swirl pendant necklace both with projection photos.i ordered these on the 27th of April and my order arrived on Friday the 8th of May. This was for a good friends 30th and they made her cry! How clear the photos were and such a lovely finish. As stated on your website allow 2-5 days for making and another 2-5 days to deliver, true to their policy this was well within. Thank you these are very special and truly outstanding.

Would not use this company ever again!
Took 3 long months to get my 3 personalised bracelets I wanted for a gift for family members who had lost their parents. Of the 3 bracelets 1 was bad quality so returned it to be replaced and they tried so hard to stop that happening. Then tried to blame the photo I had chosen even though it was good in the other 2 bracelets.
The customer service is a joke and fob you off and give more problems then solve them.
I agree with every other 1 star rating as thier experience is so similar to my own.
I also had to ask for the 'free gift'
It is appalling that they treat customers like this. Especially those dealing with grief and loss of loved ones.

I bought this as a gift for my work colleague’s birthday with a precious photo inside. She was over the moon with it I also got the bear gift box to put it in and that was lovely as well.
