They advertise purchase now in time for mothers day i purchased on the 05/03/26 Tracked it with royal mail 13th They havent received in their hub yet now today is the 17/03 still not out for delivery neither is it with royal mail ..Dont promise a delivery for special occassions unless you are 100% going to deliver on time not happy

If you ever want a gift for somebody avoid this place. States 10 working day delivery but that’s not the case. Speak to them they just blame Royal Mail even tho the tracking showed they printed a label but didn’t actually dispatch it for days.
Choice another site plenty about that are miles better than this place

Keep asking for a refund but company keep ignoring my request.
First reply, 5 to 10 days, second reply sorry for the inconvenience its a technical issue we are working on it, third reply the item is now dispatched with Royal Mail. No updates on Royal mail side
Ignoring my messages for a full refund.
I only wish I'd have read all the reviews before ordering from this company.

I ordered an item from love jewellery at the beginning of February for my cousin birthday on the 18th February its now 10th March and still haven't received anything 😡😡 after emailing them they said there was a problem with the order and its now being sorted that was a couple of weeks ago and have received item or heard from them i wouldn't recommend anyone order from this company

Damaged product, missing item
1) Was informed 5-10 working days for delivery. Item arrived 23 days later.
2) Photo in bead has a scratch/hair covering my aunt's face. This was meant to be a memorial gift for my mum, but half the face featured is damaged and covered.
3) "Free gift" bracelet never arrived either.
It is all but a scam.
Please, please avoid - especially if you're wanting a thoughtful gift.
I made the mistake to order with this company - please DO NOT do the same.

I'm well chuffed with my bracelet, they did a great job! It would've been nice to receive some communication to say they'd received it, was being worked on etc. Otherwise I'm happy! My bracelet is like new! :)

Poor service!
Ordered a photo necklace for a friend whose father had passed away - ordered 12 Feb and website claims max processing/delivery time of 10 days. It is now 5th March and she has still not received it. Have sent numerous emails and keep getting fobbed off , tracking shows it has been sent to Royal Mail on 1st but in RM tracking they are still waiting to receive the item?!
My friend had the funeral yesterday and I had hoped she would have the necklace by then - the sentiment of the gift is now lost and the company need to step up
