They send you a fake tracking number to make you think your product is on the way, but all of this 15 days is to allow them to receive the money from your credit card. They also fake it was delivered. You need to report them to your local police and in Facebook to catch them.

Ordered a Laser Measure Tape €50 + shipping.. never arrived, sent emails to them never replied... TOTAL FAKE online shop!

Do not use - yo never get the goods. Even the tracking number seems fine it all fake.

Same with everyone. My order never came and no response from customer service. Note if you write a review on their website, unless it’s 5 stars it won’t show up.

I ordered a Garden Studio.
Paid for priority delivery, that is now 5 weeks ago, have not received anything, and company not answering emails, or messages.

Full scam. 3 products, never arrived after 3 months

Total scam, Don't order anything from them, I have ordered 2 garden studio almost a month not not received, I send emails every day no replies.

I ordered a Garden Studio on the 9th April 2025 - I still have not received it or heard anything back from the company.- Its 26 June now.

It is a scam; same experience like the rest, provided tracking which is not existing, waste of time and money.

Ordred 4 planters, seller sent a tracking number, tracking number gives me the same status for months!

I ordered two indoor planters, but they have never arrived. I have submitted a request on their web page many times for someone to contact me, but there is no actual contact number or email. There is also no tracking; it says it is on its way.
