This is my seventh or eight holiday with love holidays and I've had a great experience booking through them very professional and everything about holidays always covered to highest standard . Hopefully this next holiday will be as successful as other trips and maybe a little upgrade would be welcomed for my continually costume. Ive throughly enjoyed all the trips booked with no hassle whats so ever and have recommended love holidays to friends and family .kind regards Sandra Tully

Very happy with this company. You can get very good holidays at great prices and get everything on the one site from flights, accommodation, transfers etc. I found them a very good company to deal with. Sorted any problems I had immediately and with no hassle. Ive used this company a few times now and have had some great holidays so thank you.

Absolutely awful experience from start…
Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Just two days after booking, I was told I had to pay even more, despite already paying the original price. I then wasted hours on hold, being passed between different teams, simply trying to sort out a problem that wasn’t my fault. In the end, I paid far more than I was originally quoted, and despite all the hassle, I still haven’t received the correct confirmation for my room stay. The whole process has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. I certainly won’t be booking with this company again.

Booking requests can take up to 72 hours to process, and on rare occasions when we may be unable to confirm a booking at the original price or availability we will contact you to advise of this.
We work on live systems which does mean pricing and availability are both subject to change until a booking has been confirmed. We appreciate this can be disappointing.

Excellent customer service from Ciara
I had some techincal problems with the payment for the booking and I got through to Ciara from LoveHolidays on the phone. She was patient, helpful, intelligent and resourceful - she gave a masterclass in good customer service - I am experienced in public facing roles, and I was properly impressed.

The choices and options are immense, and the website is genuinely easy to navigate — even for someone like me who usually has ten tabs open and a husband shouting suggestions from the background.
A special shout‑out to Kieran Roberts, Sales Consultant, who worked with me (and my husband on speaker, providing his very active commentary!) to help us book something we are absolutely thrilled about. Kieran was patient, knowledgeable, and had the perfect balance of professionalism and good humour throughout.
