Lovegobuy is an amazing agent! I had always used other agents before, but they have slow and expensive shipping. LoveGoBuy has cheap shipping options and they are really fast. The only change that would be nice to see is a bit more payment options, but that’s all!

This agent is one of the newer ones in the scene. I find it very reliable to use. Ordered many items to the warehouse and everything going smoothly. Customer support is superb, they respond very fast and are very accommodating.

I just shipped my first order via Lovegobuy. Compared to others, Lovegobuy is still a new agent.

Positive points:
- They have great customer service on Discord. Staff speaks very good English and is helpful.
- PayPal payment is accepted
- 24-hour quality control (at the moment it is still a goal, due to their rapid growth there are some delays)
- Shipping: very fast. After payment my haul was shipped immediately.

Improvement points:
- Missing 'purchased' status.
- Packaging services: there are no services such as vacuum packaging, wrapping film or protection corners.
- Repetitive packaging is not available, which can cause problems if your package is large and you cannot choose a shipping company.
- Insurance: there is no insurance. They will resend for free if your package is lost. But I am not entirely clear what 'resend' means. You also cannot get insurance for seized packages.

Overall, I think it is a reliable agent. however there are still some bugs that need to be fixed. They are growing very fast, what causes delays atm. I think they will improve in future.

Lovegobuy is logistics company that ships products out of Chinese marketplaces that don't do direct shipping outside of china, they receive your order from those sites, pack and ship anywhere in world. The reason for 4/5, is that are some services are missing on the website, like vacuum packing as well as slow response rates. The actual time from order to pictures inside the warehouse is fairly long 7-10 days which is understandable as it's the holiday/shopping season so they are overwhelmed with orders. I believe once they implant couple of requested features on their website, hire some people for faster logistical network they will easily get 5/5 stars.

The Shipping Prices are EXPENSIVE. The Order processing is very slow like you have to wait atleast 2 weeks until your Items is stored in the Warehouse. The Support is also really slow im waiting for several days for a answer for my Ticket now.

i like the overall website and qc pictures the processing time right now is very slow i ordered my items on 5th of novmeber and only one has came to the werehouse its right now 18th of november hope its get fixed but overall looks good if they fix the processing time it will be the best agent!
