Very disappointing experience – do not trust this company
I placed an order more than two months ago. After sending more than 10 messages without receiving any response, I finally received a message stating that my order had been shipped. However, the tracking link provided did not work. After numerous follow-up emails and requests for at least some information, I was told that the delay was due to the carrier’s fault and that my order would be shipped immediately. As it later turned out, this was not true — the order was never shipped.
Despite numerous messages and requests for a refund, I received no further response. In the end, I received neither my order nor a refund. At present, the company has changed its name and is now operating under the name SLAM ROYAL COM. I strongly recommend exercising caution when dealing with this company.
