Ordering from lovedoll.co.uk is very easy with a lot of information provided to make sure you are well informed before making a purchase. There was a lot of communication during the entire process, from the passing on of the order to the manufacturer to the delivery of the product. There was a delay to the delivery as the courier was changed from USPS to FedEx but I was made aware beforehand that delays can happen so it didn't bother me.

The doll itself is amazing and exceeded my expectations. I was provided with a lot of information related to all doll matters to guarantee that I get maximum value from the product.

My one gripe is that I was not made aware of the duty and tax fees which I have to pay for when the product went through customs. I contacted Lovedoll about this matter and they said they would take care of it if I gave them the invoice number which I did. I emailed them for confirmation several times afterwards to see if they have taken care of the matter but I am still waiting for a reply.

Overall I am very happy with my new doll and I am glad I decided to take the plunge despite cost.

Delivery was a bit longer than stated but the quality of the doll is truly and utterly incredible. If you think the factory pictures on the website look good wait until you see the doll in the (TPE) flesh. Well worth the wait in the end. I’ll be leaving a full review on the doll forum so be sure to check that out at some point. What a life changer, will be ordering from you guys again.

Had a problem getting in contact but that was sorted in the end.
Doll arrived in excellent condition within approx 6 weeks of ordering.
Doll heavier than I expected.

Placed a order, last week 8th Aug, tried to contact them on 12th of Aug. No response, live chat is a bot system. I don't think this webshop is open no more.

they show everything in stock, once you order and pay they disappear

This is my second (or third, possibly - I forget) order with Lovedoll UK. Wasn't all plain sailing this time...but that was the fault of the shipping company and UK Border Force.

Original doll arrived with a bent & seized neck and damaged head. Had also clearly been "interfered with" by customs. Graham initially gave me some advice to try and straighten it. When that didn't work he quickly arranged for a replacement to be made...which arrived in perfect shape. Currently arranging for the damaged one to be sent back.

Really like the 10 Stage ordering process and email updates - both informative and reassuring.

I'm Giving a 5 star review for the help and consideration ive been given through the whole buying process.
I've been kept up to scratch with email correspondence as to the progress of the order which is very good indeed.

Ordering was very easy, all the newest specs automatically included at a very good price, questions by email were answered promptly and you are kept informed at all stages of production and shipping, a good experience from start to finish

Mostly a great experience so far. I would have liked DHL to tell me in advance when they were delivering so I could have been at home, instead of leaving the huge box at the neighbours which invited unwanted questions!!!
The doll looks very realistic, feels realistic and is fun to dress.
Perfect to practice with until a real 25 year old babe comes along LOL.
