Horrible Experience

Ordered their Bone Vitality Feb. 27. Supposed to get 2 "free books" and a coupon. Heard nothing for weeks. Contacted them. Got an apology but nothing else for weeks. Contacted them again for a refund. They said since some of the order was sent I couldn't get a full refund. I hope they weren't talking about the " free books" because I never got them either. Contacted them again and the reply came "Hello Susan" (not my name, I hope Susan does better than me with them). Finally today, April 13 I got a pending refund.

Customer Service Is Non-existent

I agree with John Wilson. You cannot get any customer service outside of a robot through both the chat and emails. I placed an order for several of their products WITH a subscription. For a few weeks, I never received a shipping confirmation. When I reached out to them, the chat said there was a delay based on their supply. When it was even longer and still no confirmation, I started emailing and got a response that there was a problem with my payment. When I challenged that because they had already taken my money, they started apologizing and promising immediate shipping with 2 day service. I'll have you know that I have yet to receive my order. Not only that, it's been so long that they have already charged me for the second months subscription. They refuse to call me directly to get this matter straightened out. They didn't not want to refund me and have stopped answering my emails. I'm totally disgusted. Customer service with this company is a joke. My initial order was placed on February 6, 2026. Today is March 9, 2026. No products, no refunds, and now a second charge for the non-existent products.
