Cute idea but horrific customer service
I purchased a Lovebox for my wife as a Valentine’s Day gift and clearly received a defective unit as the setup process yielded an infinite loop that just kept bringing it back to the initial setup screen. I consider myself quite tech savvy and tried all sorts of tests before reaching out to support (different WiFi, setup via desktop browser vs multiple mobile devices, etc.). I then requested a replacement unit and at this point I have had 13 rounds of back and forth emails over 2 full weeks with them showcasing the same tests that I had already explained doing previously myself and have no resolution in sight. It’s unfathomable to me how they can be so slow to respond or so hesitant to follow through on a replacement unit.
