It was a pleasure getting my chain from Lovebomb. I was able to personalise my name on my chain and Grace the lady who I dealt with was so nice and accommodating. Great customer service
Prompt delivery, great product and very good quality. Very impressed with customer service, I made a mistake when I input the name I want on the necklace. I was contacted directly to double check the spelling and they allowed me to correct the name prior to the necklace being made which saved me a lot of hassle. I have ordered from this company a couple of times now and I would happily order from them again.
