The delivery issue had nothing to do with the company and when I reached out to them, they were quick in responding. I really appreciate that.

Bought a hug necklace for £36, that was advertised as silver for my mothers birthday. It arrived in a nice presentation box which I paid £8 extra for. On opening it the chain was almost a dark grey steel and I could tell from the colour and sound of it that it was definitely not silver. Extremely embarrassing! I was unable to give this as a gift and had to run out last minute to find something else which I was obviously out of pocket for. I contacted the company and they didn’t deny it wasn’t silver as advertised and offered me something else from the website saying I didn’t need to return the original necklace. I told them no, that I wanted a full refund as I was already out of pocket having to buy another gift. I was told I’d need to post the original necklace back to America and if it didn’t reach them in 7 days from the date I was sent the return instructions then I wouldn’t receive a refund. Absolutely ridiculous! If I had bought a genuine item and simply didn’t like it I would have happily paid the postage costs to return it. However I was mis sold something I bought in good faith. Furthermore, on looking online, I discovered the exact same necklaces are being sold on Amazon and eBay for £3!!! Absolute rubbish jewellery that you wouldn’t dream of giving to someone as a special gift. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs and spend your money on a decent genuine item that someone would be happy to receive as a gift. I intend on reporting this company to PayPal in the hope I do get my well earned money returned to me
