Love & Care provides an excellent companion service for my mum. She lives with Mild Cognitive Impairment, severe arthritis, and osteoporosis, which has significantly impacted her mobility and her ability to get out as much as she used to. Love & Care has been very beneficial for her, and for our family.

Dominika has been wonderful. Her attentiveness and genuine care are clear in every interaction. Since my mum's diagnosis, Dominika has been proactive in incorporating more mind-related activities into their time together – they're even working on a puzzle currently! It's clear she understands my mum's needs and adapts her approach thoughtfully. Dominika has become a very valued presence and truly feels like a part of our family. Sarah also provides great and attentive support.

The office team – Jo and Sam – are consistently caring and professional. It's reassuring to know that the entire team, from the companions to the administrative staff, is dedicated to providing such a high standard of service.

Love & Care has made a significant positive difference in my mum's quality of life. Knowing she is in such capable and compassionate hands provides considerable peace of mind. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable companion care.

Excellent caring staff who have looked after my mother for many years now as her illness has progressed to the stage where she is now unable to speak or move. Many have become true friends who used to spend hours talking with her as her illness progressed and now talk to her about the things they know she likes. Care has been adapted as her needs changed and we feel very confident she is getting the best care.

I can honestly say this agency is by far the best in Hertfordshire, the care staff are friendly, reliable, they take their time, nothing is too much for them. They go out of there way for us, I hand on heart can’t recommend them enough. They do lots in the community , complete all rounders and most importantly they respect our home like it’s their own. For anyone looking for a local care provider, give them a call - you won’t be disappointed.

We were lucky enough to get a personal recommendation for Love & Care and have been using them for the last 3 years for my 90year old mum who has Alzheimer’s/Dementia. It started with domiciliary care for a few hours in the day but as mums condition has declined she now has 24 hour live in care. I am delighted with the care that she receives, the carers are a great fit for mum and live with her they would with their own mother /family member. They have a good knowledge of her habits , likes and dislikes and make great efforts to keep her safe ,happy and comfortable in her own home so that she can live with dignity. I trust them implicitly that they have her best interests at heart. I now have the confidence to go away on holiday knowing that mum is being well looked after. I am always able to communicate and give feedback to the management team if any tweaks or changes need to happen and they really do listen and accommodate.Finding a care agency when our parents health is failing can be a daunting experience but Love&Care were helpful and compassionate and really have supported us as a family . I would have no hesitation to highly recommend Love & Care to anyone looking for a Care Agency for there loved ones.

We have been with Love and Care for many many years initially to check mum was safe in the evening and over time the care required increased. At all times we have had the reassurance we are NOT walking along this journey on your own. At times it can seem totally daunting. Especially dealing with funding etc.
My mum’s wishes and needs are paramount to the wonderful wonderful team of carers. Even now, as mum doesn’t express as she used to, the team are always doing what is best for mum. Valentines - a BIG day - mum had a visit with appropriate gifts to help her feel loved.
I know my dear dad would be relieved and peaceful in the knowledge that mum is so well loved and cared for in her own home - her wish too!
I can even go away now - confident that my mum is in the very best hands.

We were so fortunate to be told about this amazing agency.

My mother was in an extended stay in hospital & we booked them for a few days to help mum settle in at home. Sammy even went in to visit mum & to reassure her that she would be home soon.

Sadly mum didn’t settle back at home & the situation was getting more & more difficult. The agency quickly adapted to our changing requirements & we ended up with 2 full time carers in the last weeks of my mother’s life. I cannot praise the care & love they gave to my mum & to the rest of the family at such a difficult time.

They enabled my mum to die in her own home which was her wish.

All the carers were lovely, caring & practical & were very pleasant to have in the house

I have been very happy with love and care. Mum first needed care about 5 years ago at first companionship and as time went on more and more until now she has 24 hour live in care. I have been impressed by the caliber of carers and knowing mum is safe and cared for gives me peace of mind. The management team are always available and have given me invaluable support and advice. I would highly recommend this care company.

So pleased with these guys. Emily is amazing the trust and care given to my elderly parents. I finally feel at peace that they are being well looked after from the heart. My mum would not let anyone near her to wash. Now routine daily.. all thanks to Emily!

With me living up north and my dad down south, I needed to make sure that he would be looked after, the way I wish I could. I can honestly say that using Love and Care was the best decision i ever made (and my dad also agrees).
They make him feel special, not just another name on a rota. They look after his needs while treating him like part of their own family. At Christmas they even held a Christmas party were we met all the care givers and other clients and family members, which was fantastic. How many other companies do that.

I have been using this service for just over a year, I have never seen such a committed and caring company like it. We are so fortunate to have found such diamonds that have changed our life.
