This company is a complete scam.

This company is a complete scam.
I ordered a small gift for £8.50.
Never received anything. 4 days later they took £41 from my bank they have since taken another 2 lots of £41. There is no website and when you try to call you get a BOT then when you eventually get through they keep you on hold never answer the call. I have since spoke to my Bank who are investigating this Scam company. Also instructed them to stop further payments. Stay clear of these people

AVOID! Scammers who also steal.

I was drawn in by a super cheap offer on Facebook, I know, I know. There were many positive comments. I paid for my item and immediately I was instructed to sign up for a subscription, the original item was unavailable unless I signed up. I did not proceed but they had already taken the money for the item so the bank tried to help. A week later they have, without my consent, taken the first subscription payment. I'm furious. They clearly think it's fine to steal from people. Avoid at all cost.
ETA I did, eventually, get a refund. It does not change the fact that the company took money from me under false pretences. 8 months later they are asking for further details on they will remove my review!
