It's not recycling It's earning more money in a item that already is pay
Very disappointed, despite all the negative reviews, I decided to buy a second-hand phone. I received it on July 1, 2025, and two weeks later, I noticed that the plastic ring around the screen was loose and a rubber band that made the phone's hinges was coming off. I put the phone aside until I asked a technician, who just looked at it and told me it was probably an assembly error, but also immediately told me to dismiss any repairs from the sellers.
I tried to contact Backmarket or the seller, love2recycle.fr, but it was impossible. I don't know how. I managed to get an email, but they never responded. This week, I contacted them again. After half an hour trying to find a place to do it, I asked if they could help me in any way, because if it was fixed now, the phone would be fine.
If the problem isn't resolved, the warranty in case of a malfunction won't be activated, as the phone is more prone to dirt and moisture.
In short, refurbished items, just to give money to intermediaries and applications, are theft.
