Beware

Beware ! Avoid At All Costs !
Don't be taken in by the previous reviews of Love Canvas,
I made a purchase from this company in late July this year,
( 6 Metre Pro Bell Tent £675 )
we were taking a group of children camping to Cornwall and were all looking forward to the trip. after a few days I still had not recieved a dispatched notice so I tried without success to call Love Canvas, I then emailed them as to the status of my order,
I was then informed by Jamie that he was contacting the courier on my behalf and would get back to me, another day passed and no word from Jamie so I emailed again as to the status,
Only to be told that the courier had lost my order and were carrying out an investigation as to it's whereabouts.
I was then informed by Jamie that the Bell Tent I had ordered was now out of stock!, which I now believe was the case all along, I requested a refund as I needed to have the tent asap,
another week passed and no refund, I again emailed Jamie only to be told that there had been a technical issue with my refund, and if I could give him my bank details he would refund me by way of a bank transfer, Again I waited another week and realised I was being strung along by Jamie Lee Gillett-Blackburn.
It was then that enough was enough and I emailed Jamie to inform him that I was contacting my bank to open a case of fraud against his company and that I would be writing this review for him to let other would be buyers know about his conduct and how he runs his business, Not once did I get to speak with him by phone after numerous attempts and voice mails, He didn't even have the courtesy to return my calls, I did get my money back from him but sadly it was too late to save the trip and explain to some very upset children that we would not be going, I will add that I have a very good friend in Polegate who visited the Love Canvas wharehouse on my behalf and reported back to me that there was never anyone around and looking in the window that the place looked a shambles inside, and in my opinion that is how the business is run.
