Poor Quality
Purchased the fourth Dr Season 18 scarf , i own two other scarves made by this company , and this one was not made with the same amount of care and attention as the previous other scarves .
When contacted Lovarzi they stated that they would not give me a replacement scarf , as the replacement "would most likely have the same defects as the one in my possession " . and also stated that they were not happy with the build quality themselves and that it should never have been made , well considering that this scarf has been manufactured off and on since 2013 , they have had more than ample time to put this right , and even now ,it is still on sale for £54.99 , so if this scarf is of such poor build quality why then has it not been pulled from sale ? Not a good experience , and is this Feigned lack of faith in the quality of their own product . or is just placation for a unhappy customer ?
