Using lovable app through a free plan is absolutely 💯 incredible and I am yet to see any other, beating the joy of using lovable app with daily credits without any harassment to upgrade to a paid plan. Lovable app is truly lovable above all other app makers.

How easy it is to make sites but i wish that you had infinite credits

Lovable the worst AI I have worked with for 6 weeks try CURSOR and Keep Control
I have spent 6 weeks developing a streaming app with Lovable. They are my far the worst AI I have dealt with. let me first explain In my country I was voted the top IT professional working for the biggest IT Companies in France and Germany and the biggest broadcaster in the UK and South Africa. So before Ai became a thing we already did using big data. So after spending over 3000 credits and helping Lovable by providing deep broadcast insights of over 30 years providing full code and images and designs for Loveable to replicate I saw a pattern. I worked up to 16hours a day using Lovable to complete this project but it just became longer and more frustrating.I thought after a maximum 2 weeks things would have been finished and testing for bugs. I saw a trend after a few hours Loveable hallucinates editing the wrong app and had to stop it and point out the error.I have a few integrated Apps for streaming that I am developing. I also noticed it was doing this more often. They fix then they break with a polite apology. Then they do it more often because I had to renew credits every 2nd or third day pushing me into $200 tiers for every 3days of work. So they saw I was willing to pay more having already spent 3000 credits and renewing for another 800 credits. Then Yesterday after a 12 hour stint they broke everything. I had to revert and spend 8hours to get back to the place where they broke it initially. Today Jan 31 2026 they broke it again. I have had this continues breaking of my apps on a daily basis for completed work over 6 weeks non stop.Simply by cross contamination across all my Apps. Then I asked them I want to disable auto approve to keep control of the coding, but they refused because thats the way they screw you over. Whether they mess up or do a good job you will pay. And dont think of moving because they will give you the bare bones but guys like me know how to go around them to get all my code and API's. So be warned complex integrations is not the forte of Loveable give them a miss unless you want to do simple websites which does not require great AI skills. You have been warned!!

I made the payment and didn’t receive the credits on Lovable. Afterwards, I upgraded my plan to receive the credits related to the upgrade, and I also didn’t receive those credits.
I try to contact the company to resolve this issue, but I only get automated email responses that don’t solve my problem. The answer is always the same: “you upgraded your plan,” but they don’t explain why I didn’t receive the credits.
The detail is that I was charged twice for the same plan (I don’t know why), and neither of them gave me the credits. In summary, I paid twice and got nothing…

If you want to build a website that is pretty but then you want to run into endless issues, than use Lovable.

Want a nice page, sure. BUTTTTTT, the moment you start integrating ANYTHING, moving anything, making changes to anything THINGS START TO BREAK and then GOOD LUCK fixing them!!!

This tool may give you a GOOD LOOKING page but its functionality is HORRIBLEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Buttons break, functionality are a JOKE, this is the wrost time waster available online!!! You build a whole nice website and then every function every fix YOU MUST prompt it 20 times and you are LUCKY if it even works.

Yes in Wordpress or others the design itself isn't so easy BUT when you place in a Conset field, or a cookies functionality or a chatbot - THE ENTIRE FUNCTION isn't taking from you a whole DAY to fix with 100 prompts!!! The funcitons are perfect on Plugins in Wordpress for example- in Lovable you build a PRETTY site and then spend all the "saved" time and plus much much muhc more time to FIX functions that NEVER had to be fixed in the first place. SIMPLE things break and then you go into PROMPT LOOP to fix it.

When you contact Lovable to help with any non-fixable issue that their software is so stupid to fix - they CANNOT HELP you.

I would STAY AWAY from this time wasting , deciving software. BIG TIME WASTER!

If there was a minu 10 reviews I would give it minus 10 - it isnt even worth the 1 star.

DO NOT GET ME WRONG, the DESIGN aspect of Lovable is reaching 9 out of 10..... BUTTTTTTTTTT the functionality and breaking and fixing is 0 out of 10 and when your site breaks - which it WILL once any real functionality will be included - THEN the design benefits WILL BECOME invisible compare to all the insane crazy hussle and time wasting this app will take you through - at which time your site will be already somewhat built making you STUCK with this paper-tiger tyle builder.

Lovable offers a good experience.

I'm getting better results from what I'm sharing for my targeted product development.

I used Lovable extensively while building a real product, not just a prototype. My experience is that Lovable works well for simple demos and early exploration, but becomes increasingly unreliable and expensive once you move into moderate or higher complexity.

As the project grew, I repeatedly ran into the same pattern:

* Issues were “fixed” in one prompt, only for new, unrelated issues to appear

* The system often went in circles, reintroducing problems that were already addressed

* Credits were consumed quickly with little sense of progress or stability

Over time it felt less like engineering and more like gambling, every prompt came with a sense of uncertainty about what would break next. This made iteration stressful rather than productive, and I ended up spending a significant amount of credits just trying to keep the system from regressing.

To be clear: I don’t think Lovable is useless.
But based on my experience, it’s not well-suited for products that require structured state, consistency, or real architectural complexity. If you plan to build something beyond a lightweight prototype, be prepared for high credit usage and diminishing returns.

I wish I had known this earlier, as it would have changed my expectations and tool choice.

Its's very easy to start ideas thet usually would take weeks just to have a skecth.

Am really disappointed in the Customer Support. It is a Bot that keeps coming back with the same question/solution to my problem, which is incorrect. I've explained the problem several times in numerous emails and still it has not been resolved. I cannot find an actual phone number and it seems that everything is AI driven.??
I have lost my page, my credits, my tokens and most importantly, my full build. It's been a week now and I'm no nearer to resolving this issue.
Should an actual Human see this, I hope they get involved and help me ... I'm at a loss as to what to do and I'm losing business every day from not having my App.
Tech can only get you so far it seems.

I spent over $100 on credits and they don't roll over every month. So I basically sent these guys $100 for nothing. And they wont tell you, they will just disappear randomly.

It's very sneaky suddenly your credits disappear you wont even realize it.

They don't care about customers I talk to them its bots at first and then the humans repeat the same thing and don't help at all. They basically just tell you congratulations you fell for our rollover policy. Thanks for the money.

Please go with Bolt or Replit. Much better.
