Lauren was an excellent and extremely helpful and diligent customer service representative. She helped me navigate through any sizing and shipping concerns that I had, and was super positive for the whole experience. I got 3 lingerie sets from Lounge to wear on my wedding night and honeymoon. They are absolutely beautiful and perfect for any bride. My only down side was that sizes were often out of stock. Other than that, a wonderful experience shopping at Lounge!

Lounge is great and the products a beautiful, their customer service teams takes care of any problems. Returns are simple and ordering is efficient!

I have bought Lounge products for a while now and I am never disappointed, I recently bought an item and unfortunately one of the bows fell off, I contacted lounges live chat and within 10 minutes they had sent out a replacement, thank you again to Tilly for all of her help !!

Good CS, I had a chat with Luce and she took her time to help me. The problem is solved.

Had to contact them as my birthday discount code would not work, Claire was extremely helpful and resolved the issue within minutes, can’t fault her customer service, very kind and pleasant to speak with.

I received a wrong product that was accidentally swapped with the product I bought. I contacted the customer service and Claire helped me with fixing the order and send the right product over to me. She told me I could keep the item I wrongly received which I thought was a great solution to this kind of accident since I wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of returning the item. Really happy with the quick fix. Can’t wait to receive it!

From start to finish Stef from Lounge was brilliant. I needed to change an item but the item was no longer in stock by the time the item got returned to their warehouse. So Stef said she would send a QR code to return the bottoms and she would make sure that both items were in stock and kept to the side. Sure enough I have received my order in the sizes that I want. Took a little while but she got it done.

Promised to refund then ghosted

I returned everything in one package - this was my fault as they were items from three different orders placed at the same time. I did this to reduce carbon emissions and costs but didn’t read the FAQ first - my bad. I did however include all the information within the parcel.

When I received a refund for only one item I realised my error and emailed Lounge.
They promised I would be refunded for all the returned items but it would be a bit delayed. That’s fine - happy to wait

It’s now been about 6 weeks since that interaction and I’ve emailed twice since. They haven’t responded to me or to Klarna who have also contacted twice when I requested the refund that end.

So I’ve been ghosted and they owe me nearly £100. Really disappointing as have spent thousands here.

Clearly they believe they can get away with it as other reviews are saying the same.

Love lounge products especially the bamboo underwear. I've ordered from here a few times and never had a problem with any item received from lounge until just recently - a bra underwire on one side wouldn't lay flat. I reached out to customer service and they were really fantastic + responded straight away. Issue resolved and would 100% buy from here again - products are great quality and trust in customer service, especially when buying clothing/underwear is so priceless. Don't think I've had a better customer service experience with any other company.

I order from the US so there’s always some hesitation on how returns might go when doing business overseas. Lounge makes it really easy and their customer service is top notch!! I feel comfortable ordering multiple sizes to see which fits best. On top of that, all of my items (bras and underwear) are really well made and beautiful! This store has been my go to for lingerie.

I received the wrong item but the issue was quickly resolved thanks to Stef at client services!

I recently received the lounge triangle thong and it seemed bigger than usual in the front. I spoke with Zoe in customer service along with Claire and Billie and they were so helpful, did absolutely everything to make sure I was happy. In the end the measurements were over their standard size so they shipped me a new one at no cost to me, which was the perfect size. I’ve been shopping at lounge for 5 years and will continue to shop there, love their products

I went for a bra fitting at Lounge and had a really helpful and professional experience, so decided to order 3 items. One arrived in the wrong colour, and Martin in customer services was really quick in resolving and arranging for a replacement to be shipped. Great first experience with Lounge and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.
