If I could put zero stars I would.
Never order from them. Ordered a dress at the beginning of Feb. As of Feb 27th it was “in transit” As of April 20th still no dress.
Previous emails got answered after several follow ups and as of today the customer service email is no longer working.
They are horrible!!!
Shoes were very late in arriving. Extremely poor quality. Cheaply made. Requested a return. Multiple emails back and forth. Finally, received return information. Must ship them back to a factory in China!!! Was offered a 30% convenience refund if I would just keep the shoes. Still waiting on a refund. Horrible experience. Hope this review saves someone else from this type of nightmare.
The merchandise was beyond late in delivery. Purchased for a trip and did not arrive. They will not issue a refund ot provide a paid return label. Additinally, the merchandise is made of cheap material and no quality in design or workmanship
The shoes arrived after a couple of weeks and were too big. Customer service was prompt and they offered a correct size for the cost of delivery only.
They suggested going a half size larger if you are in between sizes. They are huge. Do NOT try to return them or exchange them as they will GHOST you. It has been a nightmare experience. The shoes look cute on line but are so cheaply made. NOT worth more than $15.
