They don't post the real, negative reviews. I left an honest review to help customers and they never posted it. It was a respectful, accurate review.
Their moissanite isn't real. Mine came with a flaw and they took no accountability. The fake, less expensive jewlery is shinier than the expensive "moissanite." Not worth buying because return process is horrible.

I placed my order and after a week I contacted customer service to check the status of when I would get my order. At that time they said the particular ring I order is popular and my order may take a little longer but would be happy to mail the earrings. I told them to ship both together. About a week later my order was on the way and arrived within days after receiving an update that the items were mailed. I was pleased with the products and they included stud diamond earrings I guess for my troubles. I will order from here again and will share this company’s info with friends and family.

Whenever I hadn't received an item on time. I just called the company, or emailed them. And they replied within a few hours. Always happy to help, & reassure me.
They even exchanged a ring that turned colors. They sent out another replacement within 2 weeks.. They are deffinately a 10 in my books...

I’ve contacted them several times to the phone number and email address they have on the website and no one has answered me. I will be calling my bank to dispute the charge since it seems I won’t be getting anywhere. I ordered two rings with the deal they had where you buy one and get one free. Both rings are the same size so tell my why one ring is the correct size and the other ring it’s huge in comparison. I took pictures of them both next to each other and you can just see how big the other ring is. Both rings have the tag on and states that they’re a size 5.5. I can’t even wear it since it’s huge. I wanted to return it to have the right size sent me to but since they have no customer service I’ll just be disputing the charge. Never ordering from here again. I thought this company was based in the US until I received the shipping details and saw that it was coming from China. If I would’ve know, I never would have ordered from here.
