I loved the Marathon training Plan that Lotte provided. I am a busy mom of three and a full time teacher and I still managed to get all the sessions on the plan done. So it is well manageable yet still very effective. It helped me surpass my goal time of finishing in 4:45 by 11 minutes!!!
The thing I love the most is just how simple it is. I get to enjoy the process and look forward to my trainigs. I am an hybrid athlete and I love to be able to get all my runs without being over tired just because this running routine gets right that most of the running must be at an easy pace, and then challenge myself at the super-tough interval training day XD. Love it!
I expected so much more. I knew I was not going to get an eating plan but I thought the strength training would be included in the training plan. This is so basic and not worth the price.

I am not liking the program. Before buying it, there is no transparency in how it is organized. They don't have the workouts by kilometers, and the proposed times for the fartlek are not reasonable. These programs are difficult to take on unless you are very prepared. They should explain what they consist of better, before buying them.
Very equilibrate marathon program! You have to run 3 times per week, 4 easy if you want without overtraining! You stay motivated because you have time to rest and make strenght training!
I have told myself many times over to start running, but due to the lack of motivation and knowledge, I didn't. That's why I bought Running with Lott and this really helped me. I have been following Lotte for a while on Instagram and she really motivated me to start running. Because of this motivation and her training plans I participated in my first 5k race. Now I want to take it a step further and bought her half marathon training plan. Both the book and training plan are perfect when you want to start running or if you just need a training plan! Looking forward to a future marathon training plan :)
I've been reading Lotte's E-book (the second one) and it was really helpful. Next saturday I will run my first half marathon and i'm totally prepared for it, because of Lotte her book and tips. She also gives a lot of tips on her Instagram account which I also love. I hope Lotte will write an E-book about a 42,2 marathon as well, because I am definitely gonna buy it.
