Delivery - took 2 weeks.Contacted via the email listed on website and got not response.
Product - eventually arrived, only to find out it's polyester (which I'm unable to wear) yet advertised as 100% cotton. Very average quality and poor misaligned print
Service - ignored on a second occasion. Contacted via webform (linked to same email) and got a response to say they've amended the listing.
I was then asked if a return label should be sent, this wasn't sent so I requested it again to be ignored for a third time.

I am surprised to see some off the negative reviews below..
I have ordered and received the package within 1 week or so, which is more than acceptable.
Talking about the quality of the products, they are very good.

Love the print on my tshirt. Material quality is great too. Only negative is that the tshirt is slightly too long, but not enough to stop wearing.

I loved the t shirt great quality and price. Took about 5 days to arrive which is fine as it is printed to order. Very happy!!

Order took weeks to come and when it arrived it was anything but a small, was a boxy men’s fit and was returned right away. I would avoid this company

It’s been almost a month since I ordered one tee shirt. The order still shows as not shipped and they haven’t responded to any emails or posts. Do not recommend this company as of now, but if I do ever receive my order will come back and update.

Great item,good quality but took a long time to arrive

Ordered T-shirt on the 28th of July still no sign of T-shirt! No response from several emails sent. Avoid company.

Ordered 2nd of August, no updates, not shipped, no response to emails. Beware.

T-shirt is super soft, really great quality. Print is gorgeous. Shipping could've been a teeny bit quicker, but I wasn't in a mad rush for it or anything. Definitely buying from here again, thanks

Quality and print were brilliant, no complaints at at all. However, I ordered on the 25th July 2025, it didn't arrive until 7th August 2025, almost 2 weeks wait, no response from them when I submitted an online contact form. Also the packaging wasn't great, it came in a brown paper bag and had no protective bags to protect it from other parcels potentially leaking over it.

Great clothing and good sizes for larger people! Bought printed t-shirt for my husband's birthday and it arrived quickly, the design is awesome and the print is decent quality! Very happy!

Items arrived when they said they would well packaged and decent quality had timely tracking etc on the whole very satisfied

Still have not received my order. I have sent multiple follow up emails to get proper tracking info that actually works since their automated system sends a tracking app that does not work. They even sent me an automated email saying I should have received my item by now and asking for a review. I responded to that email directly, same as other follow up emails, still with no response. Even gave a weeks time for them to respond before posting negative review. I would like to get tracking info on this or get a full refund for items I still have not received nearly 1 month after placing my order. 10/10 would not recommend ordering from this company with zero customer service support.
