The tag was very easy to set up and attach to my dog's collar. It gives extra peace of mind knowing that if my dog ever goes missing, anyone who finds them can quickly access my contact details. Thankfully I've not had to use it in a real situation, but it seems like a simple and effective product that I'd happily recommend.

I haven’t needed to use the service to find my dog, but support prior to purchase has been fab. The setup was easy and thoroughly explained, creating the profile was simple and straightforward and changes can easily be made. They’ve been really proactive with debugging the minor teething issues that you get with startup. All in all the service seems amazing and I’d highly recommend them
