The staff were exceptional: from the very friendly and helpful reception staff to their high-quality kitchen and restaurant colleagues, the results were uniformly excellent. The room, on the 5th floor was compact but comfortable and provided all we needed for a two-night stay. Breakfast was mainly buffet, but numerous, friendly staff were always readily available . We didn't have a main meal in the restaurant; but the nibbles we tried with our cocktails were excellent. I discovered that I had left a portable radio in the room on departure and when I contacted the staff they made significant efforts to deal efficiently with the ineffective collection/delivery companies that I commissioned to collect the radio.

I couldn't recommend Tattle highly enough, worth a visit if you're in London, I promise.
