you never receive your order and never receive your money back. The lady who keeps on replying to each review here, never answers your emails or calls and you never get your money back. I tried to for several months and gave up... My order number was 6670, I know that this will be asked for in the reply I will receive... Don't order on this website.

Terrible experience, I ordered 2 products that I never received and they never refunded me. I contacted them so so so many times and they don't reply to any calls or emails - But they do reply to these reviews pretending that they are so concerned!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

Over a year and still no refund, CEO has sent several abusive emails. Do not trust this company. Ordered two weeks ago with advertised 2 to 4 working days delivery. The money has been taken and order confirmed. It’s still “pending”. Seven emails, ten “chats” (with a bot getting nowhere and promising to email me ) six unanswered phone calls (let it ring until it shut off on all calls) no response, no refund and no sign of the items which were needed for a wedding at the end of this month. I asked for a refund in the last email but am not holding my breath.
Do not use this firm.
Updated 29th April: They say they have refunded me in their reply here on 16th April- but they haven’t. I have sent 3 more emails. I did have a response saying that a refund is only available if I change the negative review.
Updated 16th May: I have now received a partial refund (less 10% of the item price and no refund of postage - remember, they didn't send the item so haven't used any postage), which seems to have been actioned after my last update 17 days ago.
I have removed the words that offended them and will wait to see if they honour their promise and refund the rest.
Update: unsurprisingly they have refused any further refund. They have now sent several emails that are unpleasant in tone, accusing me of being rude and blaming this review for my lack of a refund. If I change it they SAY they will consider a refund. They are untrustworthy and unprofessional. I can not recommend this firm.

Items not received, no answer on phone line trying on multiple days. I left voicemails, emails and contacted via Facebook messenger. They called to inform me that items still not dispatched as not all items in stock, although were in stock at time of ordering. I have had to go elsewhere for time critical products for a wedding so have requested refund. Company should review it’s stock / communication process

I ordered an item from Lost Land Interiors on the 14th February. Aside from the receipt of order confirmation email, I have heard nothing further from them. I have emailed multiple times with no response form them back. They were very quick to debit the money from my account so they are efficient at some things.

Paid for a fish bowl 2 weeks ago and hasn’t arrived. Ignored my emails, never once answered the phone.

In response to this, the comapny director personally contacted me and arranged a next day delivery. Unfortunately this broke in transit so he arranged another one which arrived promptly. I received frequent updates throughout this process and checking in that I was satisfied at each stage

I placed an order 24th November 2023 for wreaths to make for Christmas. Money was taken and delivery was 3-5 working days but nothing arrived. I have emailed and phoned but no reply apart from on 22nd January l received an email with a copy of the original invoice from November saying my shipment was on its way but nearly another month has gone by and still no order has been received and still no other communication from this company!!
I wish l had read the reviews before ordering as I think this is a scam!

Since writing my review for Trust Pilot for Lostland Interiors, I have now received a reply on 4th March 2024! They have told me that they cannot give me a refund until l address my original review on Trust Pilot as l said it was a scam!
They said as my order was placed over 45 days ago they didn’t have details of my delivery but they could send me a copy of the tracking number which was a copy of an Amazon delivery (even though I didn’t order from Amazon) which stated my order had been delivered on Tuesday, 31st October at 13.43.
I placed my order on 24th November 2023 so they are telling me it was delivered nearly a month before l placed the order!!!
I have now received a second and they say ‘final’ email from Lostlands customer service agreeing that they understand my frustration and apologise for any confusion regarding my order but as l have discussed my issue with them publicly on Trust Pilot they will now cease discussion with me even though l still have not received my order or a refund for goods not received!!
As you can see below Lostlands have responded on TrustPilot!
They say they have attempted to extend assistance and l have chosen to decline it but in fact all they have done is send me emails telling me that unless l address my review on Trust Pilot they cannot help me!
Please also note in their response below that they are saying as my order dates back over 6 MONTHS it surpasses a reasonable timeframe for claims!!!!
l placed the order at the end of November so l think that is just over 3 MONTHS!!!!!
I buy regularly online and can honestly say l have never had any problems until now. As l have said earlier in this review l wish l had read the reviews before l placed my order with Lostlands!

Lovely little planter. Exactly as described on Etsy. Nice antiqued finish. Good communication from seller. Delivery on time and well packaged so it arrived safely. I’d definitely buy from this seller again. Thanks.

The pot was as advertised. Communication good with the seller nothing was too much trouble . Would recommend using the site

Dreadful experience shopping with this company. Poor customer service. My items still haven’t arrived from September last year. No one answers the phone or emails to offer any help.

Log slice for a cake board - fabulous - would have given 5* but delivery slow ( probably due to Amazon delivery) and I had to chase it up. Poorly packaged. I expected it to be damaged when I opened it but thankfully it wasn’t.
