Por favor No agarres estos abogados, el Abogado Kevin Mcnamara me robó el cheque de mi hijo menor en el accidente de carro que tuve en el 2021. Nunca me contestan las llamadas. Nunca me regresan las llamadas, ya tiene dos años el caso y nunca me lo resolvió, siempre tenía excusas ya nunca me llamó y se quedó con mi dinero. Es un ratero solo le pido a Dios ke le haga pagar lo ke me hizo y como veo a más gente también le hizo lo mismo ke Dios le haga pagar y pierda el triple de lo ke me robó por abusivo ke abogado tan inprofesional y fraude tengan cuidado. please don’t hire this lawyer, Kevin Mcnamara he is a thief. He took my accident case on 2021 and he never got it resolved. He kept my sons check and he never pay me back. He kept everything for him. They never return my phone calls they never call me or answer my messages. They totally ignored me for a long time and they kept giving me excuses and excuses and anyway they kept my money. I hope someday they paid the double or the triple because God is good and he’s gonna make justice so please don’t hire this lawyer he is unprofessional and lair.

I had a car accident and they said they were going to pay my medical bills and never did. The car that hit me gave me money but I never saw it because they used it all up. I do not recommend it at all. I think this does not deserve 1 star it deserves 0.

I just called Los Defensores and was given a consultation only to speak with a receptionist (not an attorney). The receptionist declined my case and I was not given another chance. According to management, you only get 1 chance at seeking legal help from them which is why I'm giving a low rating.

Do not hire this lawyers. Their communication is very poor, I only spoke with a lawyer once. Just for him to tell me I didn’t have a case and learned many months later I did had a case. I’m thinking the lawyers there don’t have much interest in their clients and they are there just for the money. They did nothing for me other than just collect a big portion of my money. Also at the end, took them for ever to send me my check by “regular mail”. It’s my fault for not going back to my previous attorney, I just wanted to give them a chance because they also speak Spanish but I regretted now. The only good thing they did was to find me a great chiropractor for my treatment.

I had a case with them.I was very disappointed with them,Every time i call they put me on hold for a long time and most of the time transfer me to another line and hung up.Left messages never return my calls.Will never use them again or recommend.

I can’t believe your response to my case, I lost my car, days of work, i I have to pay for deductible, paid doctor evaluation, etc. But if I don’t have major injuries you can’t represent me, when I’m a victim of a felony because the accident was hit and run.
