Ok I suppose
There wasn’t a great deal of communication about delivery although being able to email and get a response was good. Lighter looked as though it was 3D embossed in the photos but it’s just a sticker on a zippo.

I would have like to have been informed…
I would have like to have been informed that the parcel had been delivered. We live on a busy road and parcels go missing. I only knew because I received this review notice and checked that it had been delivered yesterday.
