I placed an order and paid in full, but the items were never shipped. Despite multiple attempts, the shop does not respond to emails, phone calls, or the chat. The order status showed a tracking number, but this was just a printed label – the package was never handed over to the courier.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this store, as the lack of communication and failure to deliver goods make it unreliable.

I was completely tricked by this company. My bag arrived with visible marks on the leather, which clearly shouldn’t have passed quality control. When I sent it back, expecting a replacement or refund, they refused to do either. It feels like they just take customers' money without standing behind their products. Really disappointing. I won’t buy from them again.

Poor quality and poor problem solving with my reclamation. Wouldn't recommend anyone to support this business.

Completely disappointed with the service!! Wanted to purchase bag for my mom’s birthday: there are no options to deliver with courier to any of the countries in Europe that would be suitable for me. Sent email- no response. Made a call - received a promise to check the options and call me back fast. No call back! I’m calling you all day long - no one more replying… what’s the point to buy advertising from bloggers if you can’t provide normal delivery options and quality of the customer service 😵‍💫🫠

AND they are DELETING negative comments on their instagram account!!!
