Ordered 6 weeks ago.. emailed to check on my order and they said they couldn’t fulfil it at this time and would refund me. They haven’t refunded me at all, and I’m down £175! Absolute scam!!!
If I could give it 0 stars I would - poor quality, no tag, size is wrong, late delivery (a month and a half), transparent fabric, overprized - anything that could be wrong with the service and product you name it.
Sent multiple requests for a return with no response. Scammed and extremely disappointed
Total scam. I am extremely disappointed in the products. I can clearly see that they are very low-quality products straight from the factory from China. Nothing like what the website photos look like. The products don’t even have a tag for the brand Loro Fina.
The fabric is very cheap, the white top is completely see-through, and it’s clearly drop-shipped from China. It took over a month to arrive.
The website says the jacket is 40 % polyester and 60% cotton. Although the item I ordered did resemble the one on the picture, the composition of the jacket is 100 % polyester and is made in the China. It’s a scam.
Beware this is a scam. Chinese company maquarading as a UK one. You will receive something that bears no resemblance to what you ordered and will never get you money back.
