I paid for my order on January 29, 2026 and haven't received the product. They don't return calls and follow on emails to find out where the product is. I got my bank involved and that didn't help. Don't put your trust in Lori's Paint. It's a fraud and ripoff.

I placed an order with this vendor on March 28th and there was absolutely no communication after completing the transaction. Order was confirmed and everything went mute there after. No response to emails and messages on social media. I would not recommend transacting with them.

I paid for paints on 1/30/2026 and never received them. No one will respond to tell me what happened or to give me a refund.

I ordered in 2024 and it was all good. Product received as expected. I sent an email April 2026 and asked if I could reorder paint from my 2024 order as the picture was not completed and mine was expectedly dry after so long. They promptly replied to my emails and then GHOSTED me the second the invoice was paid. I've reached out for weeks now with no response. This company was good and now its a total scam.

I am very disappointed. I ordered one of these paintings back around 2 years ago. Its wonderful and came in good time frame. I ordered another (same company, mind you) this January. Its been 2 months and I have not received it nor had a response to my emails requesting assistance. I have no idea what happened to this company but I am devastated. We lost a good thing on this.

Exactly what everyone else is saying... I ordered, they took my money, never received the product. I emailed and emailed and emailed and was never acknowledged. It's been 8 months and still nothing.

I ordered a custom paint-by-number kit on December 11. My payment was taken immediately, but I never received the product or any shipping confirmation. I emailed the company multiple times and received no response. There has been no communication and no proof that my order was ever fulfilled. Customers purchase in good faith, expecting to receive what they paid for. Taking people’s money without delivering goods or responding to inquiries is unacceptable.
I’ve had to file a dispute with my bank to recover my funds. I strongly encourage others who have experienced this to report the company as well.

I ordered a painting in 2023 and arrived with no issues. Very high quality. It was impressive. Fast forward Dec 2025 I ordered another item and was ghosted after the payment, like others have said. I followed up a few times with no response other than the generic auto reply. So yes sometimes you get the item and it's high quality and other times you get scammed. Not sure what's going on with them but save yourself the headache and order from a more reputable place.

I ordered a custom paint by numbers kit on December 4th to arrive before Christmas...have not gotten a single update since. I've emailed their customer support multiple times and have only gotten the same generic automated email. This place is a scam, do not order!

Zero stars. Ordered my paint by numbers 14 weeks ago and emailed them 2 weeks ago letting them know that I haven't received my order.

Pretty sure I got scammed. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering.

SCAM! I ordered a custom painting of me and my girlfriend early December hoping it would be on time
for Christmas or at least shortly after. never received any emails of tracking or an ETA. I reached out sent nearly 10 emails over the span of 30 days with no response. A little over a month later they finally responded saying it’s on its way. I demanded a tracking number and then was provided an invalid / fake tracking number. Then emailed back letting them know it’s fake and wanting a refund and then no response again. Contacted my bank and am currently trying to chargeback my credit card. There goes $100 probably waisted. DO NOT ORDER FROM LORIS PAINTING IF YOU ARE EXPECTING TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER! Terrible comp any, even worse customer service

Fraudulent Services - never received anything beyond a payment confirmation. I reported this through my credit card as a scam.

Absolute Scam!

Ordered my paint by the colors on December 1st for a Christmas gift, and not received any update on my order. I tried reaching out before Christmas and after the new year to try to give them some grace that they were overwhelmed for the holidays. If they responded saying they were swamped and I would get my painting by a certain time, I would be cool with that but the lack of communication is unprofessional and I will be reporting this as fraud

It has been well over a month since I placed my order. I have contacted them multiple times through email and instagram. I’ve asked for status updates and a refund, absolutely zero response. $40 down and zero communication. Sent them an email from a separate account asking about the validity of a picture for a custom order. They responded to that one attempting to get me to place an order. They tried to get me to place another order, but apparently do not ship them.

It's been over a month, they don't answer emails and will block you on Instagram/remove comments if you try to contact them there. Avoid at all costs. Hopefully the credit card chargeback I initiate will let their payment acceptance company on to the fact they're a scam.

UPDATE: I received multiple requests for this review to be removed as fraudulent yet I verified it as true. As well, my credit card provider issued a chargeback and I encourage anyone else scammed by this company to do the same.

I got scammed by these guys. They took my money and never shipped my paint by numbers.

No customer support at all. They don’t respond to emails

I placed an order 12 days ago, yet there are no updates on when it would be shipped. I tried to email, call, and reach out via social media - none of my attempts worked.

Zero stars, Do not buy from this company! They do not respond to their emails and they did not ship my order. I had an anniversary gift and they failed me leaving my relationship at risk. They took my money and never delivered, be aware!

Paid over 300USD for a custom 48 colours, received only 12 colours. Contacted them and they promised to ship out the right one. Never received it and have been ghosted by them for 2 months now. Also, it does not come from NY, but China. Total ripoff.
