Lorinzer living has been excellent from start to finish.
The bed and mattress we purchased are wonderfu! Great quality and a very good price. Both product were well packed and were very easy to assemble. I highly recommend their service and products.

Excellent quality for price , would definitely recommend! Didn't take long to build either which was a bonus. I went for the cream plush which fits perfectly in my room decor. I love it !!

Have recently ordered two felisha winged beds from them. The quality is excellent and most certainly excellent value for money.
Our son build them by himself in just 2 hours and absolutely no issues at all. Well done to the delivery chaps as well who made it even easier for us.I would most certainly recommend buying from them.

Can't rate this company high enough, correspondence was first class, bed was quality as was delivery, would certainly use again.

So far so good but my order has not arrived.

Bed is lovely but would’ve been easier to assembly if there were an instruction manual (I’m not expert with beds). My room is about centimetres away from the front door and the delivery guys couldn’t just put in there (although I had emptied the whole room out to make it easier) instead they watched me struggle to take each part of the bed into the room so I could clear the hallway for them to bring each part in; exact words were their in a ‘rush’. Due to the delivery and no instructions which would’ve saved a lot of my time, hence the 3 stars.

Lovely quality bed . Arrived on time with no issues. The bed was easy to assemble and its so comfortable ! Worth every penny spent !! 5 stars all round.

The bed arrived fast and the customer service team were helpful. I wouldn’t say it’s the most amazing quality but it’s what I expected for the price. Would happily buy another bed. I would say the beds are not for long term purchasing though.

I ordered a bed from here on 10 February, with 5-10 day lead time for delivery. I am on day 10 today and still no confirmation of when my order will be delivered.

Today I have rung 4 times, sent 3 emails, several times on the their internet page chat, facebook page post and Facebook message with no response.

The communication from the company is awful and they have currently broken t&c of purchase by not delivering the order on time, they haven't communicated with me in any form to tell me there will be a delay in delivery.

Please be carefully when ordering from here and be prepared for little communication.

I can not currently comment on the product as I am yet to receive it, i will update if and when I receive it or even if I accept the order.

Excellent bed , service was fantastic throughout. Took about 1.5 hours to build my bed and it is amazing to say the least . Very happy and will recommend buying from Lorinzer Living.

An excellent company !! Received first class service , the product was absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend lorinzer living to anyone considering a new bed. Had such a pleasant experience.

Communication issue seem to have improved, looking at negative reviews from a few weeks back. Web chat is quite efficient. My order is now two weeks late, but I am hopeful. If another week goes by I will contact my credit card company for a refund.
Seems they need better communication relations with courier partners which may be proving difficult.

Everything was perfect , from beggining to end . Best customer service , delivery was as said it would be . Wasn't home at the time of delivery as my partner works from home he took the delivery and had the bed set up by the time I came back and all I had to say was simply STUNNING ! I wouldn't be buying my beds from anywhere else ever again !!

Just had my delivery and the bed is amazing ! It was fairly easy to set up ( 1 hour ish ) and completes the look we were aiming for in her room . I would definitely be getting more beds off of them once we move onto our other rooms. Thank you

Brilliant company ! Service from start to finish was amazing. Got our swatches sent out first to match it with my wallpaper , emailed to have the bed held up until we completed our room and it was delivered soon after. Our bedroom is now 5 stars thanks to Lorinzer Living !
