Ordered something and they provided tracking number to a different delivery and I never received my product. They do not reply to any emails.
Total scam!

Dreadful scamming company!, I ordered the complete Ethiopian Bible for £39of 88 books, but it is not complete!! Only the Old Testament of 15 books; that's all it was. No New Testament neither! And I have sent them so many emails messages about this, but no response, no replies; because I want to return it since I am so dissatisfied with it, but no response...

Will never buy from this company again have sent loads of messages and have not received my purchase totally rubbish

Big disappointment

Asking for review on nothing received!!! I've waited patiently for my order since Aug 16 2025, sent an email in September, no response. It's October 3 2025 & still nothing either way. I had to dispute with my bank unfortunately, due to this. I would have just loved to receive the product.

Much better than Trustpilot! Loox gathers photos and reviews in a much easier format for our customers which leads to a more complete view of our service. By comparison when we used TP we only saw disgruntled customers leave reviews which was not a true representation of our service.

Please do not buy from this company it is a SCAM
my money was taken under a different company name. I never received my order. They've not replied to my emails and now they've taken another payment from my account!!

Goods not arrived. It's been 3 weeks n it's a fake website, they give no response of complaining in their website and their email address is not found.

I am very pleased with the Suzy & Me Collection from loox.io. All the items are beautifully crafted from 100% cotton, which is incredibly important to me as I prefer wearing natural fibers. The designs are both delicate and timeless, making them a perfect addition to my wardrobe.

I'm not sure where these bad reviews are coming from, or who they are reviewing. This is a B2B site review aggregator company. Not a clothing shop.

They are excellent, helpful, and filled with great people. I've left them a review on the Shopify app, but when I happened to see that they were somehow reviewed badly here, I felt compelled to leave one.

Well, I’ve seen some of the reviews on here saying it’s bad. I’ve just received two pairs of trousers today and I’m very very happy with them. Took about 10 days but I’ve got them.

I find them great to deal with. They are a little expensive though.

Fake webpage. They don't deliver the ordered goods or deliver Chinese fakes from aliexpress, etc.

Rubbish! DO NOT USE. Hope this refers to LOOXUX where I recently purchased 3 dresses. No paperwork regarding the order or for returns in the package. Have wasted too much time trying to contact and get a return form and am now resigned to losing my money and being stuck with 3 dresses that I do not like. As you have 14 days in which to return the items, the delaying tactics will prevent returning the items in time. Most Chinese fashion/shoe firms that I have used (not realising that the firm is China based) have been the same. I would not have given them even one star.
