Product Review
No real interaction with customer service, but relating to product itself has not been good thus far. I ordered the HS-80 socks and the sizing was not what I imagined. After following initial instructions the socks shrunk a bit and after use the sock created small “fiber balls” which would no be ideal for what I would need. I am in the military and thought it would be a good fit for what I would need it for which is physical training, rucking, and walking. The socks after use with boots tend to get very loose from the mid area from using it with the military boots and then tend to sag down. The socks are comfy at first but with at least what I would use then for would not be a fit for me.

As for the socks we do not recommend them for intensive use like hiking, as the wool content is very high. A sock with a more nylon have a better durability for this. If the socks are not the right match you can return them for free and get the money back.

This is the best woolen clothes, I ever bought. And most of my t-shirts, underwear and socks are all ready made of wool.
The dress fells really good wearing and looks great.
The T-shirt and the sock are the same.

I received my zip-neck on the next day (!!) after it was sent (total of two days since I made this cross-countries purchase). The quality is very high, the fit is perfect, the fabric is soft and feels nice on the body, and after wearing it for 7 days in a row on a trip, it barely has any bad odor. Highly recommended!!
