They scammed me for my skins, it's a really horrible scam site, someone steals your knife and you get 50% of the value after 3-12 months of waiting, no joke...

Stole money from me. Tried to contact their support but they kept talking in circles.

got my order wrong and instead of dealing with the issue they just cancelled the order and never gave me my money back

The site is under constant maintenance and no email is coming for account verification. We can't reach anyone properly. I have a balance of $178 in my account and I can't access it. I definitely don't recommend you to trust it.

They do not inform you when a renter steals a skin. The balance provided as compensation is less than what the skin is worth. If you try to purchasef a skin with your balance, you get an error message every single time.

I would avoid at all cost. They stole my gloves and did nothing to help

Support hardly available, no help from the supporters
From what I have read lootbear.com seems to really give what they advertise.
However, since 7 days I have great difficulties to verify my account or to verify my Steam Trade Link. My account has been "frozen" and I can't do anything although I have sent my credit card, passport and a selfie to Lootbear 3 times.
From the support I got either no answer to my 2 tickets, or after 2 days an answer which is 2 sentences long and contains no help or content -something like "When did you submit your verification request?, the verification typically takes up to 2 business days."

Thanks Lootbear Support it says that everywhere and that was not my question!

The support needs to be worked on urgently, I get goosebumps when I imagine that I have $1000 skins and can't return them because of some error and the support from lootbear is pure dog ship.

don't even get me started on the 2 charges on my credit card in one month, and the support that supposedly doesn't see 2 charges

The website gave me an under-valued balance to a skin they lost or possibly sold. (I've tracked my skin and it seems that the Lootbear Bot sent my skin to another Bot to a website called Cash for Skins).

after attempting to explain this to their support, nothing goes through to them; they either apologize or ask you to try again. (probably 20+ apologies on our chat)

The crazy part is that you cannot even buy skins from their website. I have been attempting for almost 2 months now, and all they do is apologize and tell me to try again.

They also have this stupid rule where I cannot take out that balance and would have to buy they're over priced skins.

I've even mentioned that they should just Send me the funds by Paypal or wire transfer since the feature has been broken, which they have said that they cannot do.

If this is not fixed within another month, I will take further action.

SCAM: the lose my items and get nothing back

Expensive to rent skins. If you rent out a skin and the skin get stolen you get rewarded with less money than the skin is worth.

The support service is the worst support i have ever been in contact with. At least 24 hours often longer respond-time.

Also slow, laggy site that is under maintenence-break 24/7.

Don't rent out you items here, you will lose money. Renting is okay but i would rather buy the skins instead since the site is trash likewise the support.

Used to rent out my items for a while here, and even got a payout one time. Then a few days before 2024 ended they just turned the items I had that were being rented out into balance and have had me running in circles of just "wait a few more days". They just stole the knife outright and now I can't do anything about it. I don't recommend

I would not recommend anyone to rent their skins. It is extremely hard to get them back once they are rented. In the case your skins get stolen (not that rare), you get balance as a compensation which can only be used to purchase extremely overpriced skins from the site.

Also the customer service is slow and often completely useless. The only answer they like to provide is "Clear your site data and disable your ad block" no matter what you write in your message.

i´ve been a costumer here for a while now but i´ve been trying to leave the website since masy 2023. It used to work fine but now the website is riddled with error messages, withdrawns are unpossible, items not available from bots and ZERO and i mean ZERO real help when u contact the helpdesk. The keep trying to solve things but everytime the create more problems and errors and keep responding with "Please give this a few days" or "try again later". Everytime they "fix" things nothing really is fixed. i'm still trying to withdraw my remaining stuff worth around 800$ but still no succes...

You know that 1-100% bar that lets you "upgrade" to more expensive skins. That bar is total scam and when you reach around 80% it goes rly rly rly slow it kinda almost stops getting higher making it a pyramid scam. they get more your money when you just think it has something to do with the "feeling" but its just totally a scam. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE... you will be better off buying the skins. dont fall for this scam. when something feels too good to be true its a scam....

100000% a scam. They used to be a legitimate service with spectacular customer service, but within the last 18 months, they've claimed to have lost my karambit knife (valued >$4k), gave me a lousy in-house balance which cannot be withdrawn or used to purchase any in-store items. I have been reaching out to chat every other day for the last 6 months. They respond once ever 24 hours (no matter what time you contact them). If you happen to catch them responding live and reply immediately, they intentionally disappear until the next day. You can never catch them providing live support.

Scam, cant withdraw my skin for over 3 months now

i was told i had to wait 1-2 years to get my item back from being rented. That was a bit annoying. The webside is also really buggy. But good customer support
