Do not resolve issue with their system.
Ordered a currency pack for tiles survive, as per the guided tutorial given by the system upon purchasing a waypoints pack
I was given a gem pack instead.
Contacted customer service they admitted the wrong item was given.
They refused to refund or send the correct pack as an exchange claiming the topuo is self service.
Though self service means you could deal with this issue
It also means you wouldn't need to give your details and account login infomation to lootbar.
I would not use or recommend this cowboy outfit.
Use a more reputable service instead.
UPDATE: spoke to custoner service as requested. It just wasted another hour of my time.

I would not use lootbar, this company will take your money send you some useless Ingame item, then will not fix the issue. Claiming its self service yet nothing about the system is self service there is no option to cancel an order. There is no option to exchange and no option to refund. They claim to follow local laws though they just do what they like.
Dispute through your bank for your money back. I would not use this service if I was you.

This is by far the cheapest top up site I've seen yet. And very fast and secure. Sometimes it doesn't work but have a refund system inside the app which I don't like but still good.

Fast, Safe and Reliable Lootbar
I've been using Lootbar for some time now, and I find them quite fast and reliable.
With the self-login feature, I think that reduces the initial friction point we had around whether we wanted to share our credentials with a third party or not. With self-login, now we can basically top up and get the recharge done by ourselves.
I think it's definitely cheaper and faster. Definitely a big thumbs up!
