Fantastic customer service
My order was partly not in stock but I was contacted immediately. I was given a choice of resolutions. The emails were friendly and apologetic fantastic customer service. When the item came back in it was dispatched straight away and the delivery was quick. I have a new love...
I have fallen in love......with the celestial buddies. I am now starting to collect them so ordered them through loops and Pluto. I didn’t have to wait long from ordering to receiving them. I was so excited to get them. I will be adding to my collection.....even though I’m 55!
