Would give 0 stars if possible. The product took forever to ship and then was supposedly delivered, but the delivery photo is clearly not my home. The shipper used (gofo) is known to be unreliable at best, a straight up scam at worst. Loona customer service abdicates all responsibility and then ceased responded. Will be initiating a fraud/chargeback claim with my bank.
