My wrap divide into two parts.The customs charges twice fee，totally 200RMB. So I feel not
well. I hope only one wrap can save a few charges and times.

The worst experience of overseas shopping I've ever had. The customer service team is messy or I should say they purposely using a arrogant attitude to ignore my questions. At the beginning, I did mention there are 2 problems about the order, the tax refund and the delivery damage, for the tax refund, they just fooling around said that I've been apply for twice this month and I am no longer entitle to apply again, but the truth is this order is my first one overseas online shopping of 2020. How come there are twice records? When I ask for the proof, they do that ignoring again, no apologize, no explaination. Just let me check my account. How sudden. They just handle problem whatever they want. How unbelievable team. And for the other damage issue, they totally ignore me till now, after over 20+ emails "Communication", not only I don't get the solution, I don't even get their attention of the damage problem. Extremely arrogant customer service I have ever seen.

Products are packaged in an attractive way. And the delivery is quick. However，more customer reviews need to be presented，or I need to find information and feelings about goods.

The shampoo bottles(without any wraps) bottles are all broken, inside of the box is all messed, such waste of money and time !

If could give zero then I definitely will rate it zero mark, I purchased from LF at June 2020, until now I still haven't received my parcel, I raised so many tickets to customer support to requested their delivery agent contact details in my country so that I could contact them to ask for the details but they keep give excuse they already raise the investigation to the DPD and pending their reply, but already so many months time the customer service still giving this funny excuse, "Still no response from DPD", so many months already please refund to me don't make any excuse.

This comments is for lookfantastic.cn Chinese site. Last month (May) was my birth month and i was attracted by the site's promotion ad of birthday voucher/gift. I click the promotion button, made entry of my birthday repetatively but nothing happened. Talked to online customer service a few times all replied they can't help.

Despite the above i bought some skin products but the delivery took ages!

Very disappointing experience, I will never suggest anyone to use your website to purchase any orders: 1 online service is super bad, web service and mini-program have no relationships, they are not able to help each other, always tell me to seek other channels to sort out my issue, then, no idea what are the work goals for the online team? 2 my friend's parcel does not have any logistic update for one month, confirmed with different hotline service or online service, nobody helps. 'I cannot help' is the most answer what I have received or pls wait for my feedbacks very soon, but never receive any reply in 3 days or no answers (mini-program).
