Updated because LookByFare keeps flagging me. But this review is INDEED for LookByFare. I did eventually make my next day flight, but it took hours to get a confirmation code and was very close to missing it until 12 hours before I had to board. I finally got a confirmation. I didnt want to all that detail originally, but they keep trying to get me to pull my review. I may have received my ticket. But I think its very uncalled for that a business can continue to redirect you to so many different numbers & even the number in their website didn’t even work, when all I wanted was a confirmation that I was going to have a flight to board. The sketchiness of it all led me to call my creditor to flag the purchase because LookByFare just was not reachable at all the numbers they gave for me to contact them. I used the number on the website, the two numbers the chat person provided. I even asked why, was I given two different #s and they all dont work. The chat person all of sudden stopped responding. It shouldn’t be that hard to get ahold of someone if the company was credible. Please update your website, and make sure it works. Stop asking for me to pull my review. Honesty hurts, but this is a real experience that buyers should know until its fixed. I will pull my review down once I can call your published website number and I reach a person.

This is part two of the saga of my trip back from lookbyfare. Because I was charged double for the fare and incompetence rules when dealing with this company, we were promised free checked bags for the flight. Delta didn't value the coupon issued by lookbyfare. We were charged for the bags, which just adds to the list of our complaints with this company. Don't use them. Don't trust them. Avoid them like a bad politician with the plague. I will never, ever give them anymore of my money, only my complete distain for how this company does business.

Lookbyfare agents often go above and beyond—staff are patient, professional, and helpful, especially when sorting complex booking issues. But problems arise with misleading advertised pricing, duplicated charges, or long hold times. A mixed experience overall: capable agents yet inconsistent execution.

I was booking tickets for my brother. Blake was very helpful and had lots of patience. I changed my mind about the first booking and he said not a problem changing the booking. He made sure of the correct spelling of all necessary information. This was my first time using trust pilot. Thanks again

Henrik was amazing! He gave me reassurance and handle adding my children to there big sister existing flight a walk in the park. He made sure to double check spelling of my children’s names, as well as there birthday’s! Henrik deserves a 10/10

Scout was great. I’m am Australian and am not used to the booking a flight process in the US. He helped me with checking in a bag and was very good at guiding me through the payment process. Well done Scout.

Tried to call the phone number and was rerouted to a scam site that wanted my bank acc't info. Called the same number again and got the same result.

I waited about 20 minutes, called the same number, and connected to a customer service line (not identified) that said I was number 20 in the queue. Eventually I become number 10 in the queue. Later, I was advised that I was number 20 in the queue. Then, magically I was number 10 again. And, in keeping with the theme, I was once again number 20. Then, I was honored to be number 10 again in the the queue. At this point I think an hour and 47 minutes is long enough to spend on hold. If I ever use Lookby fare, please stop me.

When i had an issue with my reservation. Mr Noris took care of my dilemma fast and with out any further stress on my end. Thank you again Mr Noris!
