I'm happy I was able to invest in a…

I'm happy I was able to invest in a project where I was in a waiting list.
The instructions to finalize the invesment were clear and detailed : I just had to follow them in order to do the bank transfer and everything went smoothly.

I m new to the platform since oktober 25 and just started to invest with Look&Fin. After a teamscall and setup in their system by Look&Fin everything was done professionally. I had some problems with logging in but the service by telephone and email were surprisingly very professionally. Good job!! The projects are very well documented with the benefits and possible risks. Easy to skip or to sign in. Communication follows when you have invested in a project and they do it well. Let 's see how it goes further in the future.

Excellent investment platform

Excellent investment platform, complements usual investments with your bank: very practictal, good yield, risk taking can be defined clearly, each file is monitored by look and fin with clear explanations.

Really bad...

It was ok many years ago... but now...
Really low interest (even banks do better).
Almost impossible to invest, because the computer give priority to big investors. They do not care about anyone else than big investors.
The interest is brutal, and even if you do not live in Belgium, they are taxing you and you have to pay another tax in the country you are living.
Customer service is really bad, they never try to solve the issues you could have.

We therefore do our utmost to provide the best possible service, with a team that responds quickly, by email or telephone, within the limits of what the law allows. The rates proposed on our platform range from 5.25% to 11% gross per annum. As with all products offered for investment on the market, whether by banks or via other channels such as crowdlending, these are always gross amounts. This also enables our investors to compare our products with other investments.
Our services are and always will be the same, whether you are investing small amounts or larger assets. Our team is here to listen to you, as it always has been, and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have or clarify any points you are not happy with. We hope to see you soon.

No bad surprises so far

No bad surprises so far, easy to use.
A couple of investments were canceled by L&F because the borrower did not meet the clauses, which is a good sign (protecting me as a lender).
The only small negatives I would mention :
Between the call for funds and the start of the actual payback, you loose a few weeks hence actual return. The other negative is a couple of cases, the borrower uses a clause of partial refund, which I see as a réduction of my expected return.
But all in all, very seriously managed so far.

Look and fin is a good alternative to invest. The compagny is serious and trustable in all situation.

Congratulations to the whole LookanFin team particularly in this case of closing a file of a company which couldn’t repay the outstanding amount of capital. The realisation of the mortgage without charge is to be emphasized in this case. We are really in a perfect relationship
