Damaged

Quick delivery but arrived damaged, with no envelope, that might have been my error with the order, but why wouldn’t you send the cards in an appropriate hardback envelope! So disappointed with the state of the card

Thank you for your email, and I’m really sorry to see the condition your card arrived in - I completely understand why you’d be disappointed and it most definitely should not have been treated this way by Royal Mail.

I'm also so sorry you haven’t received an envelope, this definitely should have been included. We're a small family business and use a professional printers to print and dispatch our cards so i'm afraid human error has resulted in this being left out.

We will be in touch to send out a replacement today.

A Technical glitch ( on my part) was politely addressed in less than 24 hours and refund given. Have always been happy with quality and speed of service .Their Team have been really helpful. So glad we found Lookalikey. Perfect for special people and special events 💕

i uploaded a not so great photo (eyes closed) of my 5 year old niece onto the princess riding a unicorn...and this AI did an amazing job...eyes open and the picture of her is perfect...cant wait to give her the poster for her wall and birthday present...so different!

Great company

Great company, ordered 6 face swap cards and I can honestly say the quality of the cards and envelopes were 1st class. My order was delivered within 3 days from ordering and I am delighted with all 6 cards. Will definitely use this business again

Have ordered over 60 cards ,gave away…

Have ordered over 60 cards ,gave away at my special birthday party.It caused such a laugh and a bit of fun guessing all the films they were from.Quick delivery excellent qualityand able to put any message inside.Will definately buy more.

WoW!.just..WoW The quality of the card is unbelievable.The photos we uploaded are spot on,We normally use the other two popular card companies BUT not any longer as these cards from Lookalikey could not have been any better. You have a Customer for life here !

Fantastic cards

I have ordered cards for every member of my family’s upcoming birthdays, a friends birthday , and an anniversary. Can’t wait to give them to them. This company is amazing! The quality is great, the price is great, and super fast delivery. Highly recommend.

This is the first time it's happened

This is the first time it's happened. I've ordered my card on the 1st of April in plenty of time. Now it's the 7th and it's still not here and I have one disappointed person with no card 😔

Hi Amanda, I've just checked on your order and it was dispatched with Royal Mail First Class the day after ordering, on 1 Apr, with estimated delivery dates as shown at checkout of 2-7 April - longer than normal due to the Easter holidays but the dates were shown at checkout.

If this card wasn't delivered as it should have been on the 7th please email (i can't see any previous emails from you to let me know you're waiting on the order, just this trustpilot review) and i can have it resent as soon as possible. You've ordered from us 7 times before, i trust these have all arrived quickly as i can find no previous emails or reviews with this name.

We do offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout which you didn't select for this card but this can help overcome Royal Mail's current delivery delays.
