The website is really easy to use and very intuitive. I found exactly what I was looking for. I had a bit of trouble downloading my logo in some of the file types, so I got on to their chat function. My issue was sorted out in minutes. Very pleased with the service.

This package provides you with unlimited edits, hi-res, transparent and vector files. You should be able to download the logo files from your account. A MASSIVE SCAM
Since 2021, I've been trying to delete my account. My subscription isn't active and there are no traces of my payment details on their website but each September, they manage to take £70.00+ out of my account!! I emailed them in 2022 initially to request a refund and termination of my account and they've completely ignored me!! I DEMAND A REFUND OF THE SUBSCRIPTIONS TAKEN AND HAVE RAISED THIS WITH MY BANK - COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL

I just chatted with Frank from Looka in the chat bubble in the lower corner of the Looka website. Frank is Awesome ! He helped me to navigate some things with my logo. design and he made it seamless. Frank's customer service was excellent. I am happy I choose this website for my new logo design.

This was my first time using Looka. My favorite feature is everything being in one place... website, logos, merch, email signatures... the list goes on and on. I was able to make my logo and site in one place and as a scrappy entrepreneur... this is huge for me. One major thing i would love for Looka to improve is the AI logo builder... it continues to miss the mark for more complicated and unique logos.
