Fast response with solution. Great customer service

Amazing support. Always very quick and efficient. I recently spoke to Gilbert who assisted to & resolved my website issue within 15min. Though, I spoke to other Looka members mostly addressing issues with making changes on my website I always get an immediate reply and my query is resolved soon after. Thank you Looka!

Easy to use. Plenty of options. Price point was fair.

Took too long to get a person to respond to the nuance of my question. Sometimes a bot isn't the best customer service. Requires too many prompts to get a specific answer to a question.

Great logo generator and terrific customer service

I purchased the Brand Kit service for $100, using my own uploaded logo. However, the experience quickly turned negative due to a significant policy flaw: once the Brand Kit is generated, the logo cannot be updated.

This resulted in an unusable kit when I needed a simple, minor logo adjustment. After contacting support, I was dismayed to be flatly denied a refund or any option to update the logo and regenerate the kit. It felt like a hundred-dollar scam.

Prospective buyers should be warned: Looka sells a premium product ($100) with zero post-purchase flexibility. If you realize you need any changes, your investment is instantly wasted, and customer support will not offer a solution. I recommend looking for a service that allows revisions or offers a reasonable refund policy.

Mid-day on a Sunday and a client wants a .png file of my logo to post on conference banners and their website. I had trouble finding on my system and logged onto my Looka account but couldn't quite figure out the download sequence. I sent a chat inquiry and thought I'd be lucky to hear something by mid-week. Ha! 10 minutes later, I had a reply chat from Gilbert with a link to my downloadable logos. Phenomenal customer service. 6-stars if I could!

Really disappointing service. Having uploaded a logo and realising this carried a white background which we wanted to change to transparent we contacted customer service to be told it was not possible to change - not what i expect for 85 quid. Avoid.

Looka went the extra mile. They produced a great Logo kit, and helped me out when I made a mistake over the name. They are a pleasure to work with and I will certainly use them again.

The technical support received from Looka was absolutely first class. They responded quickly to my inquiry and dealt with my issue (which was nothing to do with their service) really quickly and all with a very friendly and professional manner.
