We bought 3 lamps of which 1 was broken upon delivery. We only found out when it was already hanging on the ceiling. After more than 1 hour waiting on the phone, they offered me that I can return the lamp to the shop (25 km) get a new one and hang it up myself again. Without any excuse that they sold me crap, without any compensation on my lost hours and 50km driving, and with the arrogance that they are delivering the best service in the world. I am sorry, they are not living on this planet. This soon needs to change. I will never ever buy anything again at this place.

They have the worst policy on how to deal with "bad" deliveries. There is enough competition nowadays, so I assume that they will do down soon enough with this behaviour.
My story: product (table ~300euros) delivered broken, they do not reply in my email, I call them (~1hr waiting time, no joking), they say that they have to contact the supplier first and then come back to me, they reply after a few days giving me 2 options which both included me bringing the item in one of their stores, second call (~50min waiting time) to ask a third option (because they didn't reply in the email again) of them picking it up from my place, they tell me that they need to contact the supplier to ask him (?), I am waiting but no answer, I call them third time (I am a bit done with their behaviour and how much of my time they have wasted) they haven't talk to the supplier yet -like I care- and they cannot guarantee when they will find him, I am telling them that I will find a way to bring this table to a store of theirs
(the store is 1hrs away from my place and I borrowed a car of a friend) so they can refund me because I want no more wasting of my time. And that was my solution at the end.

That was the last time I ordered something on the Loods 5 webshop. Placed the order on August 1st, delivery should be between 8-10 weeks. After the 10 weeks were well passed, still no call from them to arrange a delivery date. So I called. Half an hour waiting in line till I finally get someone on the line. She is busy easily 10 minutes to look for my order and where it could be. Conclusion: no idea. She'll sent out an e-mail, whatever that means, and I just have to wait a few more days and that's the end of the call. A few more days later still no news so I call again. Another half hour waiting till I get to speak to someone who also has to call other departments and her conclusion is: good news! Your bed will be delivered to our store next week! And after that our delivery service contacts you for an appointment for delivery. Good news? I've been waiting for that bed for weeks now. I've been sleeping on the floor as it should have already been here and we made space. When I point this out to her that I'm not happy with the service as I've already bought this bed on the 1st of August and it's now October 13th and it's well past their promised delivery date she just laughs it away and says how the bed is only three days late (no, the bed is 3 weeks late when you calculate the very latest date they said it would be here, 5 weeks if you count the earliest delivery date). Is it so hard to just say 'sorry for the inconvenience, but it's coming your way now' instead of mocking me for having a broken back now from sleeping on the floor (I'm not made of rubber and glue anymore as I was in my younger years)! I understand there can be a delay in the delivery but a good customer service would be to inform your customer about this and acknowledge the inconvenience and don't have an air like they shouldn't even be allowed to point this out in a very decent way.
I ordered two side tables to use as bedside tables. They delivered two different sizes without explanation, and later said they had no stock so I could have the bigger one for free, but it does not fit as a bedside table.
However the worst part was the quality. The tables were wrapped in thin plastic and arrived damaged. The metal legs were bent, there was a crack in the wood where two pieces join, and glue marks on the wood from the packing tape. I have been waiting 6 weeks to try and return them and get my money back. If they reply to emails it takes weeks, or they simply do not reply at all. And you will wait 1 hour on hold on the phone. For spending EUR 400 on two small tables, better quality and service is expected.
Avoid!
Last we bought a lot of furniture and house products. We payed a big amount. We did not agree to wait 3 months for a Table. the chairs are delivered. Dirty and broken. the Table turned out the be severely damaged.
Loods5 tells us, we did this. How in the world is this possible?
the delivery guys told us, that they were sorry. That Loods5 often delivers bad quality and broken furniture.
My husband is very upset. These people do not care about the clients.

I ordered a next day delivery item, which has not been delivered 5 weeks later, and when I request where this is they cannot tell me and do not offer support or resolution. This is the worst service I have received in a long time. The attitude is not of offering help to the customer who's money they take upon on order for expensive items.
This was the first time I placed orders and it will be the last time. I would recommend that you do not use this company, as not to be disappointed.
My pool patio is half furnished and it looks like it will be during the winter that they will now deliver the items, making it a 5 month lead time.
Just went there, not even being able to park my car after 15 minutes - really disgusting so we returned, never ever to come back here again!!
At the moment of writing I have Spent €300 on extra moving services and i have pieces of 2 different sofa's in my home. The experience has gone from bad to worse and customer care is giving out wrong information time after time. Any compensation is not even an option. The best advice they could give me was to return my sofa and request a credit if I'm not happy. (which would cost me extra money again). This comes close to robbery.

We ordered a kitchen from Loods 5 last year with the stipulation that it needed to be fitted early December. We had seen the complaints and discussed with Loods 5 but they assured us that there was nothing to worry about. Early December the kitchen is to be fitted and basically all that we were warned about came true. The top was measured 5cm to short, there were cupboards missing, filter for the extractor was missing.
Continue to chase Loods 5 through December. My wife sent 3 emails with no reply so I called the shop. Robbi, whom works there reply was that there is no point replying as there is no news. Very rude. I also asked for an official complaint form and the reply was questioning why I would need this form as there is no issue.
2 months later the kitchen is in with some damage to the hob but neither my wife and I want to deal with Loods 5 again so just hope it stays as an aesthetic issue. I sent a complaint to the manager of the store and he could care less. No compensation was offered as apparently the contract is completed and we should make payments. Seems that not having a functioning kitchen for 2 months because of their incompetence is not a big deal.
Do not buy a Kitchen from Loods 5.
