Scammers. Thieves. Very similar story to the others here. I have found out who they are, and have informed the Police and the Belastingdienst. I will also be engaging lawyers to pursue the stolen money. The main "plumber" (ha ha) lives in Huizen and his bank account ends in ....4198.
