Totally no respond and super unhelpful. No proper resolution or replacement process was offered.
To all the people out there, please rethink again if you have add items into your cart, if you decide to dump your cash into the drain.
This is my truth advise and if Trustpilot allows attachments, I would be more than willing to show the quality and even email from Wena C.
SCAM Product!
Poor Quality & Poor Customer Service
Placed an order for two bands. After a week I received an email from customer service asking if I meant to place two orders. Ummm…yeah. No reply. No bands. A week later I learned they still hadn’t been shipped. Huh? Cancelled the order. And the two bands I purchased six months before are falling apart. Poor quality and poor service.
My original order was received damaged...BUT
My original order was received damaged, but in a matter of days Longvadon Support properly helped me sort it out and get a replacement sent as soon as possible. Wena helped answer all my questions with quick and precise answers that showed absolute professionalism. Currently waiting on my replacement order to get to my location, but I have no worries for the finished product!
Very happy with the look
Very happy with the look, quality and feel of my leather band in navy blue with clasp buckle.

The band I ordered is definitely leather and is of a good quality for the price. Is it the “finest calf skin”? I would probably say not. But it is 8/10 for quality at its price.
When I first placed the order I wasn’t that impressed that the tracking number was from some very amateurish looking Chinese portal when Longvadon’s website said the item would be delivered by DHL.
I posted my concerns about this on Facebook and the owner publicly replied, admitted that for cost-related reasons stock had been moved to China to be dispatched, and promised that their website would be altered. This happened. From order to delivery, I got my item from half way around the world in about 6 days, which I consider to be more than acceptable, especially when postage is free.
The packaging the bands came with didn’t exactly scream luxury but, again, this is understandable given the price etc. So if you focus on the product and acknowledge the reality that this is a smaller/boutique business trying its best to control costs, you won’t be disappointed.
Frustrating experience with customer service
I've purchased two watchbands in the past from this company with great results. However, this last order of a Caiman leather band has not gone well at all. I wasn't notified it was out of stock until 11 days after I placed the order online, and the money was taken from my account. Tried to go through their email only contact to get a replacement order and all I've gotten is the run-around. Very unhappy with customer service and the website info not showing what's in stock and what isn't.
New Band Design
I received my new band a few days ago and have been wearing it since receipt. I just wanted to say that, in my opinion, the redesign was well thought out and construction well executed. Thank you and best wishes for much success.

Bought a strap (mid November) for 140€…
Bought a strap (mid November) for 140€ with the beautiful butterfly mechanism. Came in a nice box but the surprise was when I opened the box. Strange smell like plastic and not even close to leather smell, poor quality mechanism but with a nice logo, very stiff strap, poor quality overall. I admire real leather products - this was not a real one. Search on Chinese sites and you will get one with your logo. Contacted Longvadon to return it and get a refund, they suggested to cut the strap and send them images so to mark it as damaged, haven't done that - I want to be straight. Immediately started the return procedure but the email instructions was to send it to China. Actually back to China, as the package came to me was from China. After 2,5 months they refunded only 100€ saying that the Chinese company did not receive the strap. The shipping number says that the strap is in China but they have a strange system and they cannot provide exactly where in China the strap is. Poor customer service thus poor company, lot of frustration, not straight forward services and poor products. I guess they have sent a lot of straps like mine, got the huge profit and decide to source them from a better factory. The exact same strap from China I can get it for 5,45€ - without the logo. So I lost 40€ + 10,5€ (shipping) and hours of back and forth emails + the trip to the post office. Thank you Longvadon, great lesson.
Return Policy
Be aware that Apple watch bands cannot be returned for a full refund, if you install and place on your wrist to assess comfort and fit. The leather is very rigid and would require a long break-in. I returned for that reason. The band was immediately removed and returned in original packaging within 24 hrs. There was no damage to the item. The company said they would issue a "partial" refund excluding DHL shipping costs. The returned item has been delivered for over 10 days, and no refund has been made to date.

Excellent customer service and product!
I bought a Longvadon watch strap and I have loved it ever since, especially the butterfly clasp! I noticed that there seemed to be an issue with the quality and reached out to customer service to ask about the warranty. Wena was quick to respond (even though I missed the original reply!) and was extremely helpful in getting me a replacement due to the issue with my original watch band. A very pleasant experience overall, with an absolutely gorgeous watch band!
Impressed with product AND customer service!
I purchased the Caiman 2.0 with the butterfly clasp. My 6" wrist size fell near the top of the XS and near the bottom of the M size. I debated which one to order and settled on the XS. A couple of days after placing the order I regretted the size choice I had made and reached out to customer service to inquire if it was too late to change the size to M. Bernado responded promptly and explained that the item was in the process of shipping, but he would see if it could be intercepted and edited. He was successful in making the change to the order and a few days later the M arrived.
The band is beautiful, appears well made, and the butterfly clasp is easy to use. I wear it in the next to the tightest position and the tongue extension is not too long for my taste. If your wrist measurement is right on the cusp of the size ranges, my recommendation is to choose the longer size.
Excellent product - no regrets
Arrived in attractive and elegant packaging. Leather strap is really good in quality, well made. Settling in and getting more and more comfortable with daily use. The butterfly clasp makes it more secure for me when I am putting it on...doesn't drop off (unlike the buckle type). Very happy with the purchase. Wished I had not wasted money on other "leather" straps...

Very poor customer service !!
I recently purchased a strap in brown which arrived as expected.
When I decided the colour wasn’t right I emailed requesting an exchange for another colour.
Despite sending 2 emails, I have been completely ignored. Do not believe the hype stating ‘returns accepted’. They do not respond!! They do not accept returns. You are met with a wall of silence. Purchase with care !!

I have just received the product and the quality is just superb! I have already matched it with multiple frequently used watch faces in my collection and they all look beautiful. The whisky brown leather would fit in so well with my wardrobe. The butterfly clasp is very easy to use. I was a bit hesitated at the time when I made the purchase and tended to go for the traditional buckle design but it proves that my choice is perfectly right~
I look forward to try out other designs in your collection and I would definitely recommend Longvadon to friends who are in search of high quality watch straps.
Best Apple watchband ever
This is my third or fourth LONGVADON watch band. As with the others, it is an excellent product with fine leather and a phenomenal hardware clasp. In my view, it is the best watchband for the Apple Watch
Unable to return item
I am unable to return my item, as the customer service will not get in contact with me after repeatedly reaching out to them. According to their own FAQ, in order for a customer to return an item they need to contact the customer service who will help them further with the procedure. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them, as i want to return my order and get my money back.
