Hohe Rücksendekosten / High Shipping Costs
Dieses niederländische Unternehmen versendet Mode für große Frauen. Es gibt auch eine deutsche Version der Homepage. In der Mobilversion der Website ist dort "kostenlose Rücksendung" vermerkt. Ich habe mehrere Shirts bestellt, die mir nicht passten bzw. gefielen und eine Rücksendung angemeldet. Ich wurde auf der Rechnung informiert, dass ich die Rücksendekosten selbst tragen müsse. Das DHL-Paket in die Niederlande hat mich rund 18 Euro gekostet. Zudem wurden mir bei der Rückerstattung 10,95 Euro für den Versand abgezogen. Ich werde dort nicht wieder bestellen.
This Dutch Shop offers fashion for tall women. It has also an english and german version of the website. On the german smart phone version of the website it says "kostenlose Rücksendung" (free return shipment). I ordered some t-shirts and was informed on the invoice that I needed to pay return shipment myself which cost me 18 Euros with DHL. On top of that when they refunded me they deducted 10,95 Euro for sending the items to me.
I can understand when small shops can't offer free return shipment but then don't mislead the customer. The best way would be, as the shop gets this much cheaper from the delivery service, to offer the customer a return ticket for a reasonable sum and deduct it from the refund.
