Truly exceptional service from Roland at Longhorn Funding. My credit union who I’ve banked with for over a decade would not qualify me for a bridge loan on my investment property even though there is well over 50% equity in it. All I needed was a little cash and some time to get me to the end of the final stage before I can sell the property to an end buyer. I have been in the real estate industry my entire career. I couldn’t believe how strict my bank was being. What a headache that was fighting with them for weeks. Longhorn was able to value my property in Cedar Park the same day and provide me a term sheet. They didn’t even run my credit. We got the loan closed 5 days after I initially reached out to them. Such a smooth and easy process. Extremely grateful!

I called a few local private lenders for a cash out on my property. Longhorn responded right away and gave me a Term Sheet same day. I got another couple term sheets the next day from other lenders. One had a slightly better rate but I went with Longhorn Funding because I liked their quick response time & it was easy talking with them about my loan need. I felt more confident in their executional abilities. I just got funded with them a couple weeks ago and the loan process was great. I imagine the payoff phase will be similar in terms of quickness & ease.
