they have a problem in their nipples..they are doubled at home..no but!!!

Long & McQuade is definitely Canada`s biggest music store. But their prices are very high compared to other online stores. But us Canadian's don't have much of a choice. I found it was often better to acquire products from the US and just pay the extra duties and taxes.

I have been going to long & McQuade for many years. I just purchased two new guitars over the last couple of months. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. They do free set up of the bridge of the guitar after finding out your preferences. My guitar guy John Ellis did an amazing set up of my new Fender Stratocaster. He also did the same on my new Yamaha AXP600 Acoustic. Great overall experience, if l were any happier ld be break dancing.

My wife has been asking for a drum kit for years and I finally decided to get her one for her birthday this year. I wanted to go with a local business and put my faith in what I considered to be the experts in the industry.

I emailed them through their website to talk about product options and how to make arrangements for payment and pickup so that I could keep it as a surprise for my wife.

I dealt with Jayson at the Oshawa location, and he was very helpful, friendly and professional the entire time. We emailed back and forth several times until I finally decided on the right kit, and he kindly set one aside for me. Shortly before it was time to get the kit, I put down a deposit, and made arrangements to pick it up at the store. Unfortunately I didn't realize until I was just a few minutes away from the store that I forgot my face mask. I called Jayson and he was happy to work out a contact-less, curbside pickup.

It took me about an hour to assemble the drums and my wife is super excited to learn!

I am very happy with the service that Long & McQuade provided, and they will definitely be my source for future purchases. Like, maybe some dampeners, or ear plugs, lol.

We ordered piano lesson books and headphones. Items we’re delivered within 2 business days and well packaged.
Prices were even a few dollars less than larger online stores we checked.

Very convenient option to pay by etransfer which we tried out. Order, payment and shipping were all processed seamlessly.

Very pleased of our purchase experience and will definitely shop online here again. Whenever possible, we try to support smaller online retailers and this one definitely matched or was better than those giants.
