Faulty products
The packaging and overall order and delivery was excellent.
I have used the case for 2 holidays only and the strap keeps coming undone and the edge of the strap has come away and a buckle to fasten seems to have broke. I have emailed about these issues and have yet to receive a reply 5 days later.
